With over 15 years of senior management experience, Lisa has led and transformed a wide range of regulated services, including children's residential settings, secure adult units and young offender and adult custodial environments. She has consistently delivered outstanding inspection outcomes and successfully turning services from Requires Improvement to high-performing, stable, and compliant homes.

 

As the founder of Woodland Care Consultants, she brings extensive experience in working within regulatory frameworks, safeguarding leadership, and driving cultural change within services, creating open, transparent workplace cultures where staff feel supported, valued, and professionally accountable. Lisa currently works as a consultant Responsible Individual and Reg 44 Visitor, providing specialist support and guidance to care providers.

 

Her approach is hands-on, quality-focused, and rooted in achieving measurable improvement while ensuring children feel safe, valued, and supported. Her inspection track record reflects strong leadership, robust governance, and an unwavering commitment to high standards of care.

Becky, Managing Director

Becky is an experienced, credible recruitment consultant and leads on workforce consultancy, safer recruitment, and organisational development.

 

As the founder of our specialist care recruitment company, 4Clarity, she brings specialist knowledge in designing compliant, values-led recruitment processes for regulated services. Her work extends beyond recruitment. She builds workforce systems that strengthen culture, protect organisations, and safeguard children at every level.

 

Her training delivery is practical, regulation informed, and designed to embed safeguarding, professionalism, and reflective practice within teams. By combining safer recruitment expertise with workforce development and mentoring, she supports organisations to reduce risk, improve staff stability, and build confident, competent teams.

Michelle , Children's Social Care Consultant & Reg 44 Visitor

Michelle is a highly experienced care professional with 19 years in children’s residential care services. She has a strong track record of supporting homes to achieve and sustain Good and Outstanding Ofsted outcomes, with a clear focus on compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

 

Michelle brings a unique combination of operational leadership and hands on care experience, enabling her to deliver balanced, insightful, and solution-focused assessments. Her reports are clear, evidence based, and designed to support managers in driving standards and maintaining regulatory compliance.                                                                                                                 

Michelle currently works as a consultant Responsible Individual and Reg 44 Visitor. She has built trusted relationships with providers and commissioners across the UK and is committed to promoting high-quality, child centred care.
